The State Farm Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Men’s Basketball Tournament, known as Arch Madness, will continue to call St. Louis home through at least 2028, MVC Commissioner Jeff Jackson announced. The renewed agreement with the Enterprise Center includes tournaments from 2026 to 2028, with an option to extend through 2030, marking 40 consecutive years in the city.
“We are fortunate to extend our relationship with the Enterprise Center and St. Louis,” said Commissioner Jackson. “Arch Madness has provided an incredible experience for our student-athletes and fans.”
The Missouri Valley Conference will host its 35th consecutive St. Louis-based postseason men’s basketball championship when the State Farm MVC Tournament hits the court at Enterprise Center from March 6-9, 2025. Known affectionately as “Arch Madness” by fans, the tournament will return to Enterprise Center for the 31st time and feature a competitive 12-team field.
With 35 straight years at the same neutral location, Arch Madness holds the distinction of being the nation’s second-longest-running collegiate tournament at a neutral site. The tournament has been held in St. Louis since 1991, first at Kiel Auditorium, then the Saint Louis Arena, and at the Enterprise Center since 1995. Over 1.5 million fans have attended the event during this time.
Chris Zimmerman, CEO of the St. Louis Blues, praised the partnership: “This event has become one of college basketball’s premier tournaments, showcasing St. Louis to fans nationwide.”
Notably, the MVC is second only to the Big East in hosting a continuously running neutral-site basketball tournament. Beyond Arch Madness, the MVC has been a prominent NCAA Tournament host in St. Louis, with the next event scheduled at the Enterprise Center in 2026.
