April 25–27 at Big River Outdoors Campground
The spirit of classic 90s country is alive and well—and it’s coming to Big River Outdoors Campground in Mineral Point, Missouri this April. The Legends of the 90’s Music Festival, originally affected by stormy weather, has officially been rescheduled and reloaded for one epic weekend: April 25th–27th. With a stacked lineup of beloved icons and rising stars, the festival is set to be a nostalgic celebration of one of country music’s most cherished decades.
Shenandoah
Topping off the festival with a Sunday set on April 27th, Shenandoah remains one of the most enduring and recognizable bands from the 90s country boom. With Grammy, CMA, and ACM awards under their belt, they’ve produced timeless classics like “Sunday in the South”, “Two Dozen Roses”, “Next to You, Next to Me”, and “The Church on Cumberland Road.” Their smooth harmonies and heartfelt lyrics helped define a generation of country fans, and hearing those hits live in Missouri’s countryside promises to be a standout moment of the weekend.
Deana Carter
Headlining Saturday night, Deana Carter brings an unmistakable voice and catalog of chart-toppers that made her a household name in the mid to late ’90s. Her triple-platinum debut album Did I Shave My Legs for This? spawned the massive hit “Strawberry Wine”, which became an anthem for a generation. With other fan favorites like “We Danced Anyway”, “Count Me In”, and the title track itself, Carter’s set will be filled with nostalgic magic and timeless storytelling.
Andy Griggs
While Doug Stone was forced to bow out due to injury (we wish him a speedy recovery), Friday night’s replacement is nothing short of exciting: Andy Griggs. Bursting onto the scene in the late 90s with hits like “You Won’t Ever Be Lonely”, “She’s More”, “If Heaven”, and “She Thinks She Needs Me”, Griggs’ music remains deeply personal and widely beloved. He brings an unmistakable authenticity to the stage and will undoubtedly kick off the festival weekend with emotion and energy.
The festival also showcases a diverse lineup of rising talent and local voices that embody the heart of country music. Hadlie Jo, an award-winning young artist from Texas, brings a fresh perspective and undeniable passion to Saturday’s stage. Caden Wilson, a Louisiana-born sensation and viral social media favorite, channels the soul of classic country with a sound reminiscent of Waylon Jennings and Keith Whitley. Wes Shipp, who will perform just before Shenandoah on Sunday, is quickly becoming one of the most talked-about names in traditional country, known for his gritty, outlaw style and compelling personal story. Rounding out the lineup is hometown favorite Noah Mesey, who will kick off the festival Friday night at 6 PM, bringing his growing fanbase and heartfelt songwriting to the Big River stage.

From the campfire jams to the legendary chart-toppers, Legends of the 90’s Music Festival is shaping up to be more than just a concert—it’s a weekend-long celebration of a golden era in country music.
